Privacy Policy

• Account data — your name, email and the role you hold in a business.
• Business operational data — products, sales, shifts, customers, loyalty and reports you create while using the platform.
• Technical data — sign-in events and basic security logs (e.g. rate-limit and audit entries).

We do not collect more than we need to run the service, and we do not sell your data — ever.

• To operate the point of sale and its reporting.
• To secure accounts (authentication, rate-limiting, audit trail).
• To send essential service emails (invitations, password resets, summaries you enable).
• To power the optional AI Analyst — your business's numbers are sent to our AI provider only when you ask it a question, and are not used to train their models.

IntelliPOS runs on a small set of vetted, industry-standard infrastructure providers — for secure hosting, the database, email delivery and the optional AI Analyst — each bound by strict data-protection terms. We never sell or share your data with advertisers. If you need our current list of sub-processors for a compliance review, email support@intellika.io.

• You can export your data (CSV exports are built in; a full export is available on request).
• You can ask us to delete your account and its data; we'll honour it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep. Steps and timelines: Delete your account.
• Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer — one business can never read another's data.

• Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Row-Level Security isolates every business's data in the database.
• Passwords are hashed; staff PINs are hashed; sign-ins are rate-limited and optional two-factor is available.

No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your business's data as if it were our own.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember which cashier and location are active. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
